My experience

I have 15+ years of corporate experience with global and multinational companies, including operating at board level and within C-suite leadership roles. Corporate roles

Part of the executive team, responsible for setup and oversight of delivery and change management for a multi-million dollar strategic transformation programme.

Led the development and implementation of the first LSM Risk Management Framework which included change to people, process and systems.

In this role I led and developed the Internal Audit function which included integration and change assurance, and capital model validation.

Executive Sponsor for the D&I programme. Including oversight of D&I strategy development, diversity events, and set up of employee networks.

Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, responsible for end-to-end audit processes and Audit Committee reporting. Led the set up of the US Internal Audit presence.

Group audit manager for two FTSE 100 life insurance asset management groups. Projects included mergers & acquisitions, financial controls, and technical accounting.
