I used to be primarily driven by fulfilling my potential and focused all my efforts on where a role could take me next. But this was not sustainable in the long term for me.
Through my own personal coaching and exploration, I’ve learnt that my mix of motivators has changed. They have moved away from fulfilling potential to focusing more on the meaning of my work – the purpose and impact it has – and the joy it brings me. I’m curious to see how it will continue to evolve.
Helping people achieve clarity, fulfil their potential and purpose is meaningful work that I really enjoy! Facilitating change for individuals and organisations by helping creatively solve problems and balance needs fuels my own sense of fulfilment in the work I do.
